"Ridiculously Easy Contact Cleanup"
I’m telling you, this made cleaning up my contacts about as easy as it can possibly get. Everything stays organized, the list looks cleaner, and I’m 100% convinced it saved me from a ton of annoying manual sorting.

"Worth it for my needs"
I’ve tried a few tools like this before, and this one feels like a good fit for my small list. The price seems fair, and I actually end up using most of the features instead of paying for a bunch of extras I don’t need. It’s not the absolute cheapest option I’ve used, but so far it feels worth it.

It works okay for the most part, but the automations feel kinda limited. I was hoping for a bit more flexibility, so it's fine, just not as useful as I expected tbh.

"Campaign setup is fine, but it made me work for it"
Setting up a campaign was mostly okay, but a few things felt more hidden than they needed to be. I had to poke around and click through random spots before finding what I wanted, which got annoying fast. The templates are decent though, actually, I’ll give them credit for that. Editing can lag a bit sometimes, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, it gets the job done, I just wish the whole process felt smoother and less like a little scavenger hunt.

I used Constant Contact for a small workshop we were putting together, and for that kind of event it worked really well. Having the invites, reminders, and sign-ups all in one place made things a lot less stressful. I’m not sure we’d need something this robust for every little gathering, but for keeping track of attendees and avoiding a bunch of follow-up emails, it definitely helped

Compared to other email tools I’ve used, this one has been reliable. Most of my emails land where they’re supposed to, though a few did end up in spam. Overall, it’s been fine for everyday use.

"Landing pages still feel clunky"
I ran into the same frustration again with the landing pages. The signup forms were a pain to edit, and it started to feel like one of those little issues that keeps slowing me down every time I try to make a simple update.

Setting up segments was easy, and it made a big difference. After maybe 10 or 15 minutes of playing around with it, I had my lists organized in a way that made the emails feel a lot more personal instead of one-size-fits-all.

"Good for simple store emails, but not perfect"
I use Constant Contact for my small online shop, and overall it is fine for what I need. The email templates are easy to work with, and I like being able to send promos to past customers without spending a lot of time setting everything up.

The ecommerce tools do feel a little limited at times though. Product blocks and automations work, but they are not always as smooth as I hoped they would be. The reporting is useful enough, just kind of basic. It is not bad, but it is not amazing either, so 3 stars feels fair.

"Good templates that are easy to tweak"
In my experience, Constant Contact’s email templates are solid. Most of them look clean right away, and I didn’t have to spend much time making edits. A few of the designs felt kind of similar, and I did have to adjust some mobile layouts, but overall they saved me time and worked well for our newsletters.

"The training did help, to be fair"
The training videos were actually helpful, so I don’t want to make it sound like the whole thing was bad. But the setup and onboarding still felt kind of messy and confusing at times. Maybe I missed something, but it didn’t feel as clear as it should have.

I had a small problem where my email list wasn’t loading properly, and I couldn’t tell if it was something I did or just a weird glitch on the site.

I reached out to Constant Contact support and they got back to me faster than I expected. I don’t have the full picture of what was actually wrong, but the person helping me was clear, patient, and didn’t make me feel silly for asking basic questions.

They ended up fixing it while I was still on chat, which saved me a bunch of time. Based on that experience, I was really happy with the support I got...

I’ve been using Constant Contact for emails at work, mostly in between a bunch of other random tasks, and it’s been easy to figure out. I’m definitely not someone who spends all day building email campaigns, so I appreciated that the templates were simple to edit and didn’t make me feel like I needed a tutorial open the whole time. Managing contacts has also been straightforward, which is nice because our list is kind of a mix of old leads, current customers, and people we’ve met at events. A few of the menus can feel a little slow here and there, especially when I’m trying to get something done quickly before a meeting, but overall it’s been solid and easy to use

I had a login issue when trying to manage my account, but support got it sorted out for me. Nothing too dramatic, and once they fixed it, everything was mostly fine... just one of those little hiccups you deal with sometimes.

Overall, it’s been solid for us. It connects with Shopify and Gmail without much hassle, and setup was easy, which is rare because tools like this usually make everything more complicated than it needs to be. My only real gripe is that some syncs can be a bit slow here and there, but that’s kind of how all these platforms are anyway

I mostly use Constant Contact for the reporting, and it does what I need. Opens, clicks, bounces, and the basic campaign results are all easy enough to find, which I appreciate because I’m kind of tired of having to chase down simple info in yet another platform. It’s nice being able to compare emails without clicking around forever. The reports can be a little slow to load sometimes, and they feel a bit basic if you’re looking for deeper insights, but for my small business it gets the job done. Overall, I’m happy with it

Why are your reviews so bad?

I am going to be doing a trade show and wanted a way to capture contact information from my booth visitors. is there a way for constant contact to have visitors fill out a short form (name, email, phone - and - identify their interest in one or more of the products i sell - and then automatically email them a specific pdf or link to a video that corresponds to the item or items they showed interest in?
